Baggage allowance
All passengers may bring one under-seat cabin bag (max 40x20x30 cm) free of charge. A larger overhead cabin bag (max 10 kg) and checked luggage (15-30 kg) are included with premium fare families or available for purchase.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted up to 2 hours before departure. TimeFlex fares include unlimited free date changes (fare difference may apply), whereas Basic and Optima fares require a standard change fee plus any fare difference.
Check-in
Online check-in typically opens 7 days before departure and closes 1 hour before the flight. Passengers who purchase a seat or have it included in their fare (Optima/TimeFlex) can check in online immediately after booking.
