Baggage allowance
Carry-on includes 1 personal item and 1 cabin bag (up to 8kg domestic, 10kg international). Checked baggage varies by fare: Promo excludes checked bags, while Plus and Flex fares include 1 or 2 checked bags (up to 15kg domestic, 23kg international).
Change policy
