Baggage allowance

Historically, Air Madrid allowed one carry-on bag up to 10kg and standard checked baggage up to 20kg for Turista (Economy) passengers, with Club class receiving a generous 30kg allowance. (Note: The airline is no longer active).

Change policy

Ticket changes and cancellations were governed by fare rules. Promotional fares were generally non-refundable, while flexible and premium tickets allowed modifications for a fee. No current policies apply as the airline is defunct.
