Baggage allowance

Historically, Economy Class included 1 carry-on bag (up to 8 kg) and 1 checked bag (up to 23 kg) on standard fares, while Light fares were carry-on only. Business Class allowed 2 carry-on bags and 2 checked bags (up to 32 kg each).

Change policy

Flight changes depended on fare rules: Basic/Standard fares incurred a change fee plus any fare difference, while Flexible and Business tickets allowed free modifications. (Note: All ticketing and operations ceased in 2019).

Check-in

Online and mobile check-in opened 24 hours and closed 60 minutes prior to departure. Airport check-in desks typically opened 120 minutes and closed 45 minutes before the scheduled flight.
