Baggage allowance

Economy class passengers are allowed one piece of hand luggage up to 7kg and one checked bag up to 23kg. Business class passengers enjoy an enhanced allowance of two hand luggage items and two checked bags up to 32kg each.

Change policy

Ticket modifications are permitted up to 24 hours before scheduled departure. Standard fares incur a change fee plus any fare difference, while flexible and Business class tickets offer complimentary date and time changes.
