Baggage allowance
Economy Class passengers are typically permitted 1 piece of cabin baggage (up to 10 kg) and 1 checked bag (up to 23 kg) depending on the fare. Business Class includes 2 cabin bags (10 kg each) and up to 2 checked bags (32 kg each). Note: Budget-tier 'Lite' fares do not include free checked baggage.
Change policy
Ticket change and cancellation policies depend heavily on the purchased fare family. 'Lite' or 'Promo' fares are generally non-refundable with high change fees. 'Classic' fares allow changes for a fee, while 'Flex' and 'Business' fares offer maximum flexibility with minimal or no fees.
Check-in
