Baggage allowance
Passengers are entitled to up to 10kg of hand luggage (one main cabin bag and one small personal item). Checked baggage is not included in base fares but can be pre-purchased in tiers ranging from 15kg up to 40kg at discounted online rates.
Change policy
Flight dates, times, and routes can be changed up to 4 hours before departure, subject to a per-passenger change fee plus any applicable fare difference. Base tickets are generally non-refundable.
Check-in
Online check-in is highly recommended to avoid airport queues, opening 48 hours to 2 hours before scheduled departure. Airport check-in counters open 2.5 hours prior and strictly close 45 minutes before departure.
