Key policies
Baggage allowance
Economy passengers are allowed one free carry-on bag (up to 10kg) and one personal item. Checked baggage depends on the fare class: Lite fares require a baggage fee, while Classic and Business fares include at least one complimentary checked bag (up to 23kg for Economy, 32kg for Business).
Change policy
Flexibility is based on the fare family purchased. Business and fully flexible economy fares allow complimentary date changes. Lite and Classic economy fares will incur a change fee plus any applicable difference in fare. Name changes are generally not permitted.
Check-in
Online and mobile check-in open 24 hours prior to departure and close 3 hours before the flight. Airport check-in counters typically open 3 hours before and strictly close 1 hour prior to scheduled departure. Passengers are advised to arrive early during peak holiday seasons.
