All passengers are permitted one personal item. Standard fares include one carry-on bag (up to 15 lbs). Checked baggage allowances vary by fare class, with convenient options to prepay for additional luggage up to 50 lbs per piece.
Change policy
Flight changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure. Basic fares may incur a standard change fee plus any applicable fare difference, while our Premium fares offer complimentary changes for maximum flexibility.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Airport check-in counters close 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international Caribbean routes.
