Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed one carry-on bag up to 8kg (17 lbs) and one personal item, plus one checked bag up to 23kg (50 lbs) on standard fares. Executive class allows two carry-on bags and two checked bags up to 32kg (70 lbs) each.
Change policy
Flight change policies depend on the selected fare family. Discount fares are non-refundable and changes incur a fee. Smart and Value fares allow changes with applicable fees, while Comfort/Executive fares offer maximum flexibility with free changes.
Check-in
Online check-in is available from 48 hours up to 75 minutes prior to departure for most flights. Airport counters generally open 2.5 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to international flights.
