Key policies
Baggage allowance
Economy Light includes one cabin bag (up to 10kg) and a small personal item. Economy Classic and Delight add one checked bag (23kg). Premium passengers can bring two checked bags (23kg each), and Upper Class travelers are allowed two checked bags up to 32kg each.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility varies by fare type. Economy Light fares are highly restrictive and typically non-refundable or non-changeable. Economy Classic, Premium, and Upper Class fares offer greater flexibility, allowing date or route changes subject to applicable change fees and fare differences.
Check-in
