Baggage allowance
Economy Class passengers receive a free checked baggage allowance of 20kg, while Business Class passengers enjoy up to 30kg. All passengers are entitled to one piece of carry-on luggage weighing no more than 8kg.
Change policy
Ticket changes are permitted up to 24 hours before departure, subject to a modification fee and any applicable fare difference. Promotional fares may have stricter change or cancellation restrictions.
